Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags must still be attached
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on thong sandals and one-strap shoes unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your footwear:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item from our New for Men, New for Women, or New for Kids collections:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
