We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our quality footwear from our New for Men, New for Women, and New for Kids collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our simple return process:
Return Policy Details
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on thong sandals and one-strap shoes unless defective or incorrect
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number
- Wait for approval – we’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship to our warehouse (address provided in RMA email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect). We recommend using a trackable service – we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
- Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Exchanges
- We’ll ship your replacement after receiving your return
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive refund for less)
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item from our New collections:

- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange free return and replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
